NSN Numbers: It may be required to submit an AF Form 86 or equivalent in order to be added as a user of the requested NSN item. Once this is approved, the item can be ordered through the standard NSN item ordering system. If time is of the essence, and the item is needed before the Form 86 paperwork goes through, you can order using a DD Form 1348-6, Part Number Requisition, referencing the NSN.
North American Tactical 3-Gun Championships: Viking Tactics, Inc. is the proud home of the North American Tactical 3-Gun Championships. (Formerly the North Carolina Tactical 3-Gun Championships) This superior event, with the fantastic prize table, is also known for it's squared away RO's. Many of these RO's are active duty service men, their presence is essential in running an efficient, professional match that Viking Tactics, Inc. is dedicated to putting together. We will hold the match when we can provide the superior match that shooters have come to enjoy.
Course Cancellation Policy: We require the full tuition up front to reserve your slot. If you cancel outside of 30 days, we will refund 100% of your tuition. If you cancel inside of 30 days, and we cannot fill your slot, we retain 50% of your tuition. (Course payment by credit card does not receive the 5% cash/check discount, check with your POC to verify proper amount of tuition.)
Collection Policy: If the Viking Tactics, Inc. invoice is placed in the hands of an attorney or other third party
for collection, you (customer) promise and agree to pay to Seller’s reasonable attorney’s fees and/or
collection costs, even though no suit or action is filed. If a suit or action is filed, the amount of such reasonable attorney’s fees shall be fixed by the Court or Courts in which the suit or action, including any appeal, is tried, heard or decided.
Any amounts due and owing to Seller (Viking Tactics, Inc.) remaining unpaid after forty-five (45) days from the invoice date shall accrue interest at the rate of 12% per annum on all unpaid sums from the date of the invoice until all principal and interest paid in full.
Any payment tendered that is returned for NSF, or cancelled or for any reason is void then customer will be responsible to seller for any and all bank charges or fees related there to, in addition to a $35.00 handling fee and in addition to any other remedies, charges or fees allowed by law.
Returns: There will be a 15% restocking fee for returned items. Returns must be within 30 days of date of invoice. Items returned in used, damaged or compromised condition will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. No shipping costs will be refunded on returns.
Exchanges: Customer will need to contact Viking Tactics for an RMA. Customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs that are incurred. Exchanges must be within 30 days of date of invoice.

Limited Warranty: Viking Tactics/VTAC warrants its’ products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and manufacturing for a period of 30 days from purchase. Viking Tactics/VTAC makes no other warranties of any kind or condition including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Purchasers Remedy: Any items found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at the sole discretion of Viking Tactics/VTAC. This remedy shall be the sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty. Viking Tactics/VTAC shall not be responsible for any other expenses, losses, or damages that may result from the purchase and use or defective condition of any Viking Tactics/VTAC product. Exclusions: Viking Tactics/VTAC is not responsible for any misuse, improper use, abuse, or compromising of Viking Tactics/VTAC products.
Viking Tactics/VTAC shall not be responsible for any other expenses, losses, or damages that may result from the purchase and use or defective condition of any Viking Tactics/VTAC product. All warranty claims must be made within 90 days of purchase.
Conflict of Law: Any dispute or legal action regarding any issue reflected on the Viking Tactics, Inc. invoice shall be resolved pursuant to the laws of North Carolina. Purchaser agrees and consents to personal and subject matter jurisdiction in North Carolina.
If any terms and conditions of this transaction or agreement are declared void or unenforceable the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
Release of Liability / Confidentiality Statement are implied and required in all transactions. Seller assumes no liability for damage, injury or death resulting from the use or misuse of any Viking Tactics, Inc. product or service. For the consideration of participating in business or business services with Viking Tactics, Inc. you promise and agree and do hereby release forever and unconditionally discharge Viking Tactics, Inc., it’s officers, agents, employees and volunteers from any and all claims, causes of action or other liability for injury or damages arising from the use or misuse of any Viking Tactics, Inc. product or service.
Some of Viking Tactics, Inc. products are intended for use in inherently dangerous activities or emergency situations or for use in conjunction with firearms which, if improperly handled, may cause serious injury or death. No liability is expressed or implied for damage, injury or death resulting from the use or misuse of any Viking Tactics, Inc. products or services. User assumes any and all risks for use of Viking Tactics, Inc. products and agrees that Viking Tactics, Inc. will not be responsible for any damages including those from injury or death resulting from the use or misuse of any Viking Tactics, Inc. product. By accepting this product, purchaser represents, acknowledges and agrees that he/she has had adequate training and possesses sufficient skills to properly use or participate in any activities while using Viking Tactics, Inc. products prior to the purchase of any product.
