1. All orders purchased online are processed through a secure server. You will notice when you get to the secure section as the http:// turns into a https:// indicating it is secure. Viking Tactics does not run your credit card or have access to make any additional charges to it.
2. We normally ship 24-48 business hours from receipt of your order, however occassionally it may be 3-5 days. You should receive an email receipt immediately upon placing your order. This is your confirmation that we have received the order. You will receive a notification email with the tracking from the shipping carrier you selected at check out when the product actually ships. This is an automated response directly from the shipping carrier and uses the email you entered.
We do ask for up to five days before you contact us concerning shipment. Again, normally shipping will happen 24-48 business hours, we will contact you if something has slowed us down, constant emails will not speed up the situation. If after five days you did not receive your tracking email, do email.
3. APO's: We can ship certain items to APO's however, not all items. Please use a State side address for orders over $100.
4. International Shipments: Viking Tactics has International Distributors. International Distributors are to use our International Dealers they are listed on our website.
5. Exchanges: It is our goal to keep exchanges to an absolute minimum. We are available by email, phone and provide a free technical specialist at your service if you have any questions about a product. We try to post as much information on each product as we can to help inform you. There are videos throughout the website on almost every product we carry. Please take advantage of our service to you prior to placing your order. If you do need to exchange something, please contact us only by email for exchange authorization. Do not call for exchanges. The email will begin the necessary information for the exchange. Shipping costs will be on you.
In the unfortunate event that we messed up your order. Shipping costs will be on us. Please contact us through email and we'll arrange the return label and get your order properly shipped out as quickly as we can make the exchange
