REFUNDS / RETURNS

 

• If you did not order this product directly through Viking Tactics, please do not contact us about a return or exchange, contact whomever you purchased it from.

• We accept returns for products purchased directly through Viking Tactics for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition. Items must be in PERFECT condition in their original packaging. 

​

• There are no returns on custom or special orders.

​

• Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the item(s) once we receive it.

​

• There is a 15% restocking fee fore returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return any item back. Items returned to us after 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

• Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if proper item was shipped. We do not refund shipping. 

​

• Items must be shipped UPS or USPS only. Do not use FedEx. The item should be placed in a properly sized box. (Do not roll to tightly or bend or fold belts). 

 

Original sales receipt and completed Return Letter must accompany returns.
